Happy Valentines From the 5 month old!

Graham turned 5 months yesterday! I know this is a cliche but I want to freeze him at this age! He is fun, engaging and stationary! His passions are his feet & hands, playing in his command center, cell phones, remotes, watching TV and being NAKED! He is such a man child!!! He keeps us entertained all day long!

Off-the-Charts and Climbing...

Graham has officially exceeded my expectations again! At his 4 month appointment he was undressed to his diaper and put on the scale. The scale kept climbing until it hit 19 lbs, which is off the chart! He is almost off the chart for his height and head size too! I was pleasantly surprised that he will be able to use his infant car seat for 3 more lbs! Unfortunately he is now fitting into all of his summer clothes. I put him in his cute swim trunks and took a pic because he won't be modeling it this summer! I bought long sleeve shirts to go under his T's but the 5 pairs of shorts will have to be handed down! Moral of the story don't go crazy and buy in advanced for your unborn child at the 50% off the clearance price Old Navy Sale!

His doc reassured me that Bam Bam did not need his New Years resolution to be a diet, and that his growth was perfect! When the nurse came into administer his shots she told me to hold his hands! I held his hands and was talking to him when I saw her pull the first needle out of his thigh, he didn't even flinch! Then she gave him his next shot and his chubby face turned red for a split second and then he looked at me and gave me a huge gaping ear-to-ear smile! The nurse started laughing and said his big tough guy body matches his attitude! Oh boy! Still confused why he cries when I put on his onsie but doesn't when a needle his stuck into his thigh! Drubie's theory is his thighs are too fat to feel it!

Christmas Re Re Re-Cap

Here is a re-cap since my last post. We had a fun first Christmas with Graham and can't wait until he can grasp the Santa concept! We loved having friends and family in town and hope that we can see more of them soon! Warning it is a little random but I had to share a few photos!

Thanksgiving Re-Cap

We spent Thanksgiving in St. George and ate a huge buffet at Zion National Park! We had a blast! Graham had a great first swim, first Zion experience and a great time celebrating Max's first birthday!

2 Months 2 Fast

Graham turned 2 months on Monday! I can not believe how fast it has gone and how much he has grown! The Big Boy tipped the scales at 13 lbs 5 oz and is in the 98% for weight! Graham is a good eater! He also has new tricks, if you coo at him he will coo back! At first I thought it was a coincidence but he continues to do it. It cracks me up every time! I am working on getting it on video tape if I capture it I will post it for your viewing pleasure (as if your interested!!!)!

Blessing Day

Graham in his blessing outfit lying on a very special blanket. The blanket is from Jerusalem but the special part about the blanket is it was purchased by Grandma Val. Val bought a white blanket for each of her children to have her grandchildren blessed in. A day before Graham was born Jenny was looking through a closet and found the blankets that have been stored for years. It made the day even better to have Grandma Val represented on his Blessing Day!
